Video of the Berlin Glamour Workshop!
Excuse the shaky scenes but we didn’t have time to set things up properly resulting in some guerilla-style footage!
But you should get a good impression of how much fun we had!
Thanks to everyone!

Back in October I photographed 15 girls from a friend’s hostess agency. It took me some time to cut the video, but here it is finally! Enjoy!
Here is a small video on last week’s photo session, it shows some behind the scenes atmosphere. Enjoy!
While reviewing my images on my camera, I wondered what it would look like to make a timelapse of all pictures taken on a photoshooting. So I took all 800 pictures of last week’s session with Laura and made a timelapse movie with it. Make sure you watch in HD quality!
On June 28th, 2009, my friend Oliver Rivo hanged around at one of my photo sessions and took the time to produce a really nice video documentary about that photo session, for which I am very grateful!
I hope the content of this video gives you people out there an insight into how I work and ideas for your own sessions!

I personally find this video very impressive. It gives you a good impression of the possibilities you have with DSLR Video and any combination of lenses.
I recently had a job photographing some of the girls from a Berlin promotion agency. I thought I would use the opportunity to keep practicing some video techniques with the Canon 5D Mark II. Behind the scenes images at photoshootings are always fun. I’m still struggling with the post-processing part of videography so please bare with the non-perfect film. Hope you enjoy it!
Things have been very calm on this blog the past weeks. The holiday season and traveling really relaxed me. But now I am back and things should shake up again. There are no shootings planned for the next weeks since I am working on post-processing and similar, so there will not be so many blog-posts.
The holidays gave me an opportunity to learn more about the video possibilities of my Canon 5D Mark II. There really is a lot of potential for creative work and it seems like there are going to be some big changes in the market in the years to come.
Check out this interview with Vincent Laforet where he states that video will become a very important part of a photographer’s work
And for those of you who speak German, here is an interview of stock photographer Jonathan Ross emphasizing that video footage will be the way the stock market will develop in the near future.
Are we seeing a repeat of the impact microstock photography had on the photography market? This time with video?
And here my very first video. We have to start learning somewhere
